Bedroom is equipped with:
- Full bath with linens
- Bedroom
- Queen-size bed
- Dresser and two nightstands
- Mirror
- Linens and extra pillows are also provided

Apartment Guidelines
- We have set a 3-night minimum stay, with a 2-day block in-between new guest bookings;
- Only two registered adult guests are allowed on the premises;
- Our property has a “no smoking” policy;
- Pets are not allowed; No parties;
- Unfortunately, the apartment is not handicapped-accessible as our guests will need to walk up a flight of stairs;
- Guests may walk around and explore our property in the front and backyards and with seasonal fire pit enjoyment. Access is not permitted to the deck on the main house;
- Guests should not leave food outdoors as this could attract area wildlife;
- Self check-in is anytime after 3 PM;
- Check-out is 11 AM;
- We adhere to the cancellation policies outlined by our various booking agents;
- All guests need to bring their own food and drinks!
